Students at the school have achieved impressive scores in the diverse tests offered by Cambridge ESOL, spanning from A1 to B2 levels. The A1 level is a crucial starting point for students in their English language learning journey. According to Cambridge, national ratings range from 2 to 5 stars of approval. However, in our school’s latest session, an outstanding 99% of candidates achieved the maximum 5-star rating, demonstrating exceptional performance and a solid mastery of the initial level.
Level A2
At the A2 level, nationally, a mean grade of C is recorded. In contrast, our students stand out with an average of 40% of candidates achieving the highest grade (A), and no failing grades. This contrasts with the 4% state average, showcasing the effectiveness of teaching methods and the commitment of the students.
Level B1
At the B1 level, all our students have passed, with an impressive average of 68% achieving A grades. This result is particularly notable when compared to the national average, which has a 50% average with C grades. Level B2
At the B2 level, the performance of International School Andalucía is extraordinary. Nationally, 50% of candidates are at the C level, while in our center, we surpass 70%. Additionally, 25% of our candidates achieve B grades, compared to the state average of 18%. A remarkable fact is the 100% pass rate in our school, in contrast to the national 22% that did not pass the exam.
Level C1
Regarding Level C1, students at the International School Andalucía exhibit exceptional performance, achieving a 100% pass rate and highlighting their outstanding ability in the development of oral skills during assessments.
